We celebrated the first day of our RANG SAPTAH with the colour GREEN .
We included methi ( fenugreek), coriander, avla, green garlic , green chillies , spinach , mint , avacado, green apples, green bell pepper, cucumbers and Brocoli in our meals
Green fruits and vegetables are loaded with important vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and folate, as well as phytochemicals and fiber.
Greens have immense health benefits - they are anti inflammatory, provide antioxidants , lowers the risk of cancers and heart disease.
