🚨 Are you reusing the same oil after making poori? Read this before you do!
Most of us think,
“It’s just one more time… what’s the harm?”
The truth is 👇
Every time cooking oil is heated for deep frying, it starts to oxidize. Reheating the same oil again and again can lead to the formation of harmful compounds, even if the oil still looks clean.
Tiny food particles left behind in the oil accelerate this process and further reduce its quality.
⚠️ That’s why FSSAI advises against repeatedly reusing deep-frying oil.
💡 Saving a little oil today isn’t worth risking your health tomorrow.
✅ Use fresh oil whenever possible.
✅ If you must reuse oil, strain it, avoid overheating it, and don’t keep reheating it multiple times.
💬 Be honest…
How many times do you usually reuse frying oil?
1️⃣ Once | 2️⃣ Twice | 3️⃣ More than twice
