Take one bowl about 200ml pista icecream. Melt it...now add 50 grams of icing sugar , 3/4 bowl all purpose flour/ maida.and one tablespoon baking powder. ...mix them well...grease d baking pan...put d batter and bake it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes...ur yummy pista spnge cake is ready...

Mongolian Rice & Fish Curry served with pol-sambol (Sri lankan delicacy)
Cook white rice in Microwave. Cut vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, onion, capsicum, green chilies, curry leaves, spring onions, garlic. Put butter in pan add chopped garlic, black pepper, red paprika, cook for 1-2 mints. Then add all the finely(thin)chopped vegetables. Stir it constantly for 1 minute at high flame now add soya sauce, stir for 15 secs. And then add white cooked rice and stir continuously for 3 minutes, add small pieces of chicken sausages. We can put egg over the rice and stir the mixture for again 2 minutes. Mongolian rice is ready to eat.
Take small pieces of fish and marinate them with salt, turmeric, chat masala and lime juice. Keep aside for 2 hrs. Pour oil into a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves now add ginger-garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes add onion paste cook for 5 minutes, add red chili powder and turmeric and fish curry masala. Now add marinated fish and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame, later add tamarind –liquid or mango powder and cook for 3 minutes, now add 150 ml.water and cook for 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Pol-Sambol, Grind red chilies and coconut in a mixer with salt and lime juice. To mixture add finely chopped onions.

Methi bhatura & Dahi Aloo

Take equal quantities of maida and wheat flour add about six slices of white bread, salt, ajwain, kasoori methi, red chilly powder and make a soft dough with luke warm water. Keep aside for 4 hrs. Make bhaturas and fry them.
Put medium-size potatoes in a polythene, tie it and keep in microwave for 8 minutes. Peel off the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Pour some oil in a pan when it is hot put some zeera seeds, mustard seeds, dhania powder kasoori methi, whole red chilly and add potatoes ,add salt acc. To ur taste, turmeric powder green chillies and mix the ingredients well, cook for 5 minutes and then add curd with continuous stirring . cook for about 5 mints. Add some water and cook again for 2 minutes. Garnish with spring onions / green coriander.

metod- mix and crush all the above ingredients in a mixer, sieve the liquid and serve with water/soda. Garnish it with mint leaves.
