Ristoratore albese e storico patron dell'Hotel Savona, fu il primo a intuire il valore inestimabile del nostro territorio e dei suoi tartufi. Nel 1930 fondò la Tartufi Morra, la prima azienda in assoluto a commercializzare ed esportare il Tartufo Bianco d'Alba.

👉 Fu sua l'idea rivoluzionaria di creare i primi prodotti conservati (come la storica lattina "Tartuf'Alba" che vedi nell'ultima foto), rendendo il tartufo esportabile e degustabile tutto l'anno, ben oltre i confini piemontesi.

Un’eredità straordinaria che Tartufi Morra persegue ancora oggi, portando quella stessa passione e quell'amore indissolubile per il territorio nel mondo. ❤️🌎

Do you know who made the White Truffle of Alba a global legend? Giacomo Morra! ✨

A restaurateur from Alba and the longtime owner of the Hotel Savona, he was the first to recognize the inestimable value of our region and its truffles. In 1930, he founded Tartufi Morra, the very first company to market and export the White Truffle of Alba.

👉 It was his revolutionary idea to create the first preserved products (such as the historic “Tartuf’Alba” can you see in the last photo), making truffles exportable and enjoyable year-round, far beyond the borders of Piedmont.

An extraordinary legacy that Tartufi Morra continues to uphold today, bringing that same passion and unbreakable love for the region to the world. ❤️🌎

Vi portiamo a Serralunga, nel cuore delle Langhe, per mostrarvi un progetto unico. Insieme al nostro fidato Zoki, abbiamo deciso di lanciare una sfida: far crescere alberi da tartufo all'interno del vigneto.
