NOTICE OF AUTHORIZATION OF ATTORNEY TO HANDLE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT & IMPERSONATION ISSUES
I hereby officially announce:
I have authorized Attorney Andrei Iancu of [Irell & Manella LLP] (Email: [email protected] )to act on my behalf in carrying out legal procedures related to the unauthorized use of my images and the impersonation of my identity on the social network Facebook.
Specifically, the attorney will represent me in:
Filing reports of infringement with Facebook,
Requesting the removal of infringing content,
Working with the individuals and organizations involved,
And initiating necessary legal procedures in accordance with the law.
The acts of impersonation and unauthorized use of another person’s image without written consent constitute serious violations of privacy rights and intellectual property rights under current legal regulations.
