We are
a small group of people who, by observing the changes in the market due in part to globalization and in part to industrialization of agriculture, decided to embark on a journey of rediscovery of the Italian tradition to find healthy, tasty and high quality products compatible with the concepts of slow food and sustainability. Unable to stop the process of globalization arises the idea to ride it exploiting its opportunities, with the aim of disseminating and promoting the handicraft products, based on local production and innovation of the latter. We like to think that supporting the Italian small and medium enterprises, which represent the excellence of Made in Italy, we participate actively in the maximization of social welfare in our country. We also decided not to limit our web site to a mere selling offer, but to propose a portal that promotes and spreads medical, historical, cultural and gastronomic information: it is very important to remember how fundamental it is to select the food and verify its quality, also informing the public about proper and healthy diet; to cite Feuerbach "We are what we eat."
