In our plant in Cerreto di Spoleto we use updated technologies to prepare our products, exalt their natural features and preserve both the taste and the original flavours. This allows us to offer a range of products with long shelf life which are microbiologically safe and free from additives and preservatives. The conservation of our products is exclusively carried out by thermal treatment and that’s why our products reach the customers as fresh and genuine as they are when just picked up and produced. The advanced equipment as well as the scrupulous oraganization of the production cycle allow us both to produce considerable quantities and to guarantee the quality and food safety requested by the International Standards of IFS and BRC.
