Organic Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olive groves located in Montanare and San Martino a Bocena, Cortona (AR), in a hilly area with soil in some rocky parts. The aforementioned olive grove is not treated with chemicals of any kind. From March to October the following happens:
the soil is cleared of scrub and grass twice a month, the olive trees are left to grow spontaneously (rain,

sun, air, cold and heat are the only ingredients for this oil). During the harvesting period the olives are harvested only and exclusively by hand. The production ranges from 250kg to 300kg per year giving an exceptional quality even if minimal.
