Our hearts are heavy as we learn of the passing of one of our longtime customers and friends, LeRoy Wolffe.

LeRoy wasn’t just a customer at Shane’s Melon Stand—he was part of our summer tradition. We always looked forward to seeing him stop by, sharing a few laughs, and catching up. It’s people like LeRoy who make what we do so much more than selling melons.

We will miss his kindness, his smile, and the conversations we shared over the years.

Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences go out to LeRoy’s family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. May you find comfort in the many memories you shared and strength in the love that surrounds you during this difficult time.

Rest easy, LeRoy. You will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all of us at Shane’s Melon Stand. ❤️
