Farmers Market Sales Assistant – Strong Personality (On-Call)

We’re looking for a confident, outgoing person to help sell a premium Italian food brand (organic olive oil & sea salt) at farmers markets in Jersey City.

🗓 Monday & Thursday (on-call, not every week)
⏰ 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (setup + sales + breakdown)
💵 $18/hour + commission on sales

This is NOT a regular job.
It’s a hands-on, fast-paced environment where personality and energy make the difference.
We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves talking to people
- Has strong personality and high energy
- Actively engages customers (doesn’t just stand and wait)
- Wants to learn real sales skills

👉 You must be reliable and available for the full shift when scheduled

This position is perfect for goal-getters who want to grow in sales, business, or entrepreneurship — especially if you’re passionate about Italian premium products and great concepts.

💡 Bonus: If you enjoy social media, it’s a plus if you’re open to capturing some casual content (videos for Instagram) during the markets — not required, just a nice extra.
