Our fourth generation - Nino, Roberto, Ludovica & Barbara - just got back home from a wonderful trip that allowed them to grow culturally and professionally. They visited Tucuman, the biggest area of lemon production and processing in Argentina.

Guided by our Lab Manager, Dr Gemma Leotta, Daniele will complete a two-weeks internship, discovering the entire citrus world, from our plant nursery to our processing site and internal lab. 🧑🏻‍🔬🔬

Since 2018, Biagio has been serving as Production Manager, bringing with him both experience and a true passion for the excellence of Sicilian citrus.

With a degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, he previously held the same role at , where he strengthened his expertise in production management and in safeguarding product quality.

Thanks to his leadership, every stage of the process reflects precision, innovation, and respect for nature.
