母の日ですね。
私達もプレゼントにぴったりの新作をご用意しました。
ハートの形に詰め込んだクッキー缶、そのまま１本のお花のようなスティック、ちいさな袋入り。どれも赤を基調にした、村上隆のお花達です。
２色に色分けされたお花クッキーは、花弁の生地を１枚ずつ、パティシエが貼り合わせています。

It's Mother's Day! We've prepared some new items that are perfect for gifts. We have cookie tins filled with heart-shaped cookies, sticks that look like individual flowers, and small bags of cookies. All of them feature Takashi Murakami's flowers, with a red base. The flower cookies, which are divided into two colors, have each petal made of dough that our pastry chefs carefully attach together. Get them at Coffee Zingaro.

村上隆のシグネチャーである「お花」を詰め合わせたクッキー缶。発売から3年、となりの開花堂の定番商品として、多くの皆さまに可愛がって頂いています。

お花のクッキーは、当時、私達製菓工房と村上のスタジオの立体造形部門とが試行錯誤を重ねて生まれました。

花弁のふくらみや顔の立体感を表現するため、型は何度も作り直しを行い、さらに一度の型抜きでは繊細な造形が難しいことから、花弁と顔の生地を別々に仕立て、一枚ずつ丁寧に貼り合わせています。

こうして完成したクッキー缶は、異なる色と味の3層からなり、18種類のお花が詰め込まれています。

A cookie set packed with Takashi Murakami’s signature Flowers.
Since its release three years ago, it has grown into a beloved staple of Tonari no Kaikado.

These cookies came to life through repeated trials and errors between our confectionery workshop and the sculpture team at Murakami’s studio.

Capturing the gentle roundness of each petal and the dimensional faces required countless mold revisions. Because a single press could not achieve the necessary details, each petal and face is made separately and carefully assembled by hand.

The result is a three-layered assortment of different colors and flavors, featuring 18 distinct flowers.

村上隆の桜やお花が、マドレーヌやガレットブルトンヌに変身した焼き菓子詰め合わせ。春待ちの気分がいっぱいですね。

特に桜マドレーヌと桜味のお花がついた抹茶マドレーヌは、この季節限定の新作達。プレーンマドレーヌとガレットブルトンヌもさらに美味しくなっています。

The cherry blossom madeleine and the matcha madeleine with cherry blossom-flavored flowers are especially new and only available this season. The plain madeleine and galettes bretonnes are also even more delicious.

この春生まれた桜マドレーヌ。色も味わいも、とても桜です。そして、そんな桜マドレーヌを中心に、村上隆のキャラクターがそのまま愛らしい焼き菓子になりました。
桜クッキーのアクセントが印象的な抹茶マドレーヌ、これまでも好評を頂いていたはちみつ味のマドレーヌ、ガレットブルトンヌ。春らしい焼き菓子の詰め合わせです。

抹茶マドレーヌは、抹茶の渋みとラム酒の芳香が響き合う、落ち着いた味わいに仕上げました。
