【夏の思い出🌻 2026.7月吉日】
大田原市の高校生交流事業にて、スコットランド・セントアンドリュース市と市内の高校生をお迎えし、宇治抹茶のスコーン作り体験を行いました🍵✨
私自身、高校時代にスコットランドでスコーンと出会い、お店を始めて14年。まさかスコーン発祥の地から皆さまをお迎えし、一緒にお伝えできる日が来るなんて……！
緊張と嬉しさで胸がいっぱいのひとときでした❣️
焼き上がった熱々のスコーンは、水出し緑茶や自家製トッピングとともに試食タイム♪
とても賑やかで楽しい時間となりました。
ご参加いただいた8名の高校生の皆さま、関係者の皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。

【Summer Memories 🌻 July 2026】
As part of Otawara City’s high school exchange program, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting high school students from St Andrews, Scotland, alongside local students for a Uji matcha scone-making workshop🍵✨
My own love story with scones began during my high school exchange trip to Scotland. Fourteen years after opening my own bakery, I never imagined I’d one day welcome guests from the very birthplace of scones to share this experience! I was both nervous and overjoyed💓
After baking, we enjoyed hot, freshly baked scones paired with cold-brewed green tea and homemade toppings♪ It was such a lively and joyful time together.
Thank you so much to all eight students who participated, as well as everyone involved in making this exchange program happen!
