We encourage our Diaspora to embrace and support our programme to digitalise government payments. This will eradicate corruption and enhance service delivery in our institutions.

We are encouraged by the enhanced contribution of the diaspora to our economic growth and commit to improve our engagement with them through efficient government services.

In Tokyo, addressed Kenyans living in Japan. we challenged them to step forward and help in the push to make Kenya a better country for all citizens.

Kenya is glad that the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) is keen to finance investment in our strategic projects, including energy and ICT. We are encouraging them to put more emphasis on investment in our manufacturing, industrial and agricultural value chains that will create jobs for our youth.
