Miso in Nairobi ๐ถ๐ฅ
Finally had the pleasure of visiting Gochi Sake & Dining, opened just three months ago by Saito-san โ and serving miso soup made with our Soybio Miso, born in a small Kenyan village ๐ฑ
The miso is made from soybeans grown and processed right in that same village, 400km from Nairobi โ and now beautifully featured in this elegant Japanese restaurant.
They make the broth from scratch and blend it carefully with Soybio Miso for a truly comforting, authentic taste.
Lunch was full of delicate flavors and so many fresh vegetables โ absolutely delicious and heartwarming!
