12월 28일 일요일 오후 5시,
2025년도 마지막 김남주바이오 아카데미 강의였습니다.
이번 시간에는
폐의 특징과 병태생리, 그리고 폐 건강을 중심으로 한
한약 건강기능식품의 활용에 대해 함께 공부했고,
한약재 원료 하나하나를 보다 깊이 있게 살펴보는 시간도 가졌습니다.
제가 특히 놀라고 감사했던 점은,
2025년의 마지막 주말이라 모두 바쁘셨을 텐데,
추운 날씨에 집 밖으로 나오시기도 쉽지 않으셨을 텐데도 불구하고,
80여 명의 약사님들께서
일찍 도착하시고 강의를 들을 준비를 하고 계셨다는 사실이었습니다.
집중해서 경청하시는 그 모습을 보며
가슴이 뭉클해지고, 마음이 뜨거워졌습니다.
여러분과 함께이기에
외롭지 않게, 그리고 더 치열하게 노력하게 되는 것 같습니다.
국민 건강을 위한 사명을 품고,
더 많은 지식으로 더 깊이 있는 건강 상담을 하기 위해
이 자리에 나와주시는 약사님들의 모습은
늘 존경스럽고 큰 배움이 됩니다.

그리고 진심으로 사랑합니다.
다가오는 2026년 한 해에도 잘 부탁드립니다.

This marked the final Kim Nam Joo Bio Academy lecture of 2025.
In this session, we explored the unique characteristics and pathophysiology of the lungs, along with practical applications of herbal health supplements. We also took time to closely examine the herbal ingredients themselves and their roles in supporting respiratory health.
What truly moved me was this:
despite it being the very last weekend of 2025—when everyone is understandably busy— and despite the cold weather and heavy traffic. over 80 pharmacists had already arrived early, fully prepared and ready to learn.
Watching everyone listen with such focus and dedication
made my heart feel both full and warm.
Being surrounded by people like you reminds me that I am not alone, and it pushes me to keep working harder and striving to do better.
I deeply respect pharmacists who carry a strong sense of responsibility for the health of our community,
and who continuously seek deeper knowledge
to provide more meaningful and thoughtful health consultations.
Thank you, always.
And truly, with all my heart.
We look forward to walking together again in 2026.
