The knefe starts plain, then slowly becomes something else.
Syrup poured over the top, pistachios scattered across, rose petals added at the end. Each layer changing the plate a little more. Then the small pieces begin disappearing one by one, until there’s barely anything left behind.

We cut the tops off the muffins and started building each one differently.
For the first, we mixed sweet cashew cream with chocolate spread to make a chocolate filling, spooned it back into the muffin, then topped it with strawberry. For the second, we used the sweet cashew cream on its own, added banana slices, and finished everything with roasted almonds.
Two different combinations turning simple muffins into full desserts.

Bread goes in, color comes out.
Zaatar-seasoned labne, chili cashew with nutritional yeast, and a pesto blend with kale and sun-dried tomatoes. Three dips with distinct character, each inviting a dip, taste, and another dive back in. Fast, flavorful, and made to be passed around.
