The Green Hat promotes fresh sausages, mainly inspired by Germany and fusing it with sandwich making techniques and ingredients known on the local market. It could possibly target exhibitions and events, with a vision to be present in other prime locations (i.e. concerts, festivals, skiing and hiking locations, etc). Ultimately, The Green Hat will be a central attraction in weddings and private ev

- Possibly in Oktober, but certainly in December, The Green Hats will reveal their version of Choucroute Garnie, possibly also Cassoulet, and other traditional village and artisan recipes including sausages, mainly from Europe (Alpes, Pyrenees, Savoie, recettes gourmandes, les recettes de ma mere, etc.) Always revisited, personalized, twisted!!
- Sausages are tested / approved according to rules stricter than EU regulations.
- Stand background consists of a net displaying many green hats (all different) and foam boards sending messages, i.e. “Fresh”, “0% Preservatives”, “Good fat”, etc.
