Stirring the Pot... 🍲✨We’re Stirring the Pot with a little sneak peek of what’s cooking for tomorrow's Super Fresh Tuesdays promo! ❄️ Winter nights call for comforting, slow-cooked goodness that warms you from the inside out.

Hearty Winter Beef & Vegetable Stew
Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pot. Grab tomorrow's promo PnP Stewing Beef Bone In and sear the meat until deeply browned to lock in maximum flavour.
Step 2: Toss in a chopped onion, a finely chopped clove of garlic, and some peeled potatoes cut into quarters. Add beef stock to cover, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer low and slow until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
Step 3: Want to add an extra layer of hearty winter texture? Finely shred some Red Cabbage and stir it in during the final 20 minutes of cooking to absorb that rich, savory gravy.

To Serve: Skip the plain bread! Warm up a fresh PnP Cheese Bread or a few PnP Garlic Rolls to mop up every last drop of that thick beef gravy. 🥖🧀
