This isn’t a project for tomorrow. But it might just be our biggest since PitCooksThe Wolrd one yet. 🌍🚛

At the Caravan Salon, Pit shows you what we’ve been dreaming about for the future: an expedition truck.

Not because we need something bigger.
But because we want to go further.

Back to Laos. 🇱🇦A place that will always have a piece of our hearts. The Silk Road. Asia. The Pan-American Highway. Alaska. And wherever the road takes us. 🌍

More roads. More countries. More markets. More people. More flavors. More stories to cook.

An expedition mobile could open a completely new chapter for Pit Cooks the World — taking our kitchen and our studio to places we can only dream about reaching today.

Nothing for this year. Nothing rushed.

But from now on, it’s a project we’re going to work towards. 🧡🤎

Because apparently… Wilson was only the beginning. 😂

Inspired by our trip to Bruges 🇧🇪🧇

We came home with a lot of good memories… and apparently, a serious waffle craving. 😅

So Pit got into the kitchen and made Gaufres de Liège — golden and caramelised on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, with those little pieces of pearl sugar that make them SO good.

Because sometimes the best travel souvenirs are the ones you can eat. 🤍 and of course with butter & milk from home.

One day in Bruges, one very happy Pit and a LOT of tasting.

🧇 A proper waffle
🍫 Chocolate… obviously more than once
🐚 The famous chocolate “seafood”
🧀 A Mediterranean bite with grilled halloumi
🍬 And a few more chocolate stops because apparently there’s no such thing as too much chocolate in Belgium.

Bruges is beautiful, yes.
But we all know how Pit discovers a city: one bite at a time. 😂

Wrong words, laughing, starting again, Pit being Pit and me somewhere behind the camera trying to keep it together.

Normally these are exactly the clips that never make it online. But honestly, they’re also the ones that make us laugh the most. 😅

The best recipes aren’t found in cookbooks. They’re passed down from one generation to the next—and we’re incredibly grateful that Mati invited Pit to be part of that tradition. 🇭🇷🔥 During our time on the island of Krk, Pit had the chance to cook authentic Croatian Peka together with Mati from .

Mati shared the techniques and stories behind one of Croatia’s most iconic dishes.

And the result? Honestly… Pit was completely blown away by the flavor. It was one of those meals you’ll remember long after the trip is over.

These first days in Croatia were exactly that🌊🚐

Beach days that somehow turned into sunset evenings. Long breakfasts outside the camper. Swimming in crystal-clear water over and over again because it never stopped feeling unreal. Finding restaurants with views that made us stay a little longer than planned. And simply enjoying the slower rhythm of life.

Between filming recipes, moving to new campsites, setting up camp, cooking, exploring and packing everything up again… these are the moments that make Pit Cooks the World so special.

It’s not just about the food. It’s about the journey behind every recipe.

Vero behind the camera. Pit in the kitchen. Trudi making sure we never stay in one place for too long. 🐾

Hidden beneath the forests of Istria lies one of Croatia’s greatest treasures.

We experienced the fascinating world of truffles with the incredible team . From watching a talented Labrador sniff out truffles hidden underground to tasting freshly shaved black truffle over warm eggs… every moment reminded us why food is so much more than what’s on the plate.

It’s about the people, the traditions, and the passion behind every ingredient.
