Clutch Plate ရဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ
Clutch Plate ဆိုတာ manual transmission ကားတွေမှာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ခုပါ။ Engine က ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့ အင်အား (power) ကို Gearbox ဆီ ပို့ပေးခြင်း၊ ဖြုတ်ပေးခြင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးပါတယ်။
🔧 အဓိက အစိတ်အပိုင်းများ
Clutch System မှာ အများအားဖြင့် —
Clutch Plate (Friction Disc)
Pressure Plate
Flywheel
Release Bearing
တို့ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။
⚙️ အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ
1️⃣ Clutch မနှိပ်ထားတဲ့အချိန် (Engaged State)
Engine လည်နေတဲ့အခါ Flywheel လည်း လည်နေပါတယ်။
Pressure Plate က Clutch Plate ကို Flywheel နဲ့ ကပ်စေထားပါတယ်။
အဲ့ဒီကြောင့် Engine power က Clutch Plate မှတဆင့် Gearbox ဆီကို ရောက်ပါတယ်။
ကားလည်း လှည့်မောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
👉 ဆိုလိုတာက Engine နဲ့ Gearbox ချိတ်ဆက်နေတဲ့ အခြေအနေပါ။
2️⃣ Clutch နှိပ်လိုက်တဲ့အချိန် (Disengaged State)
Clutch pedal ကို နှိပ်လိုက်ရင် Release Bearing က Pressure Plate ကို တွန်းဖယ်ပါတယ်။
Clutch Plate က Flywheel နဲ့ ခွာသွားပါတယ်။
Engine power မပို့တော့ပါဘူး။
Gear ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါတယ်။
👉 ဆိုလိုတာက Engine နဲ့ Gearbox ခွာထားတဲ့ အခြေအနေပါ။

✔ Engine power ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ပို့ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း
✔ Gear ပြောင်းချိန် smooth ဖြစ်စေခြင်း
✔ ကား စတင်မောင်းချိန် မတုန်မခါ ဖြစ်စေခြင်း

ABS Sensor ရဲ့အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ
Wheel Speed Sensor (ဘီးအမြန်နှုန်းအာရုံခံကိရိယာ)
ဘီးတိုင်းမှာ sensor တပ်ထားပြီး ဘီးလည်နှုန်းကို အမြဲစောင့်ကြည့်နေပါတယ်။
ABS Control Module (ECU)
Sensor က ပေးလာတဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာပြီး ဘီးတစ်လုံးခုန်လွန်းသွားမလား (lock ဖြစ်မလား) ကို တွက်ချက်ပါတယ်။
Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU)
ဘီးတစ်လုံး lock ဖြစ်မယ်လို့ သတ်မှတ်မိရင် အဲဒီဘီးရဲ့ ဘရိတ်ဖိအားကို လျှော့–တိုး လုပ်ပေးပါတယ်။
⚙️ ဘယ်လိုအလုပ်လုပ်သလဲ?
ကားကို အရေးပေါ်ဘရိတ်ဖိတဲ့အချိန်
ဘီးတစ်လုံး lock ဖြစ်ဖို့ နီးစပ်လာရင်
ABS က ဘရိတ်ဖိအားကို အမြန်ဆုံး လျှော့–တိုး လုပ်ပြီး (တစ်စက္ကန့်အတွင်း အကြိမ်များစွာ)
ဘီးလည်နေဆဲဖြစ်အောင် ထိန်းပေးပါတယ်။
