national Terminal Port with the new cold storage under reconstruction at 100Hectares land.The Farm is located in Kyaut Tan town which is 20 miles far from Yangon but very near to the Thilawa Port . The farm is still in developing stage for continuous improvement. We still got available land area to increase our capacity in order to meet with our high customer demands locally as well as internationally. Unlike other countries' soft shell crab farming, we never cut the legs of the crabs. The reason of "Medan Style (cutting leg and claw)" is to faster the molting rate of soft shell crab but we see it as unethical. Normally, these kind of Soft Shell Crab do not have full meat with small or incomplete claws and legs. However , our customers, especially the Chef cook knows very well about this occurrence and that why they are always demanding for our fresh, full meat and high quality soft shell crab.
