A brand-new chapter begins! Thrilled to unveil this ready-made meals for everyone - bright, soulful bowls and the comforting local flavours we grew up loving.

A Rougaille slowly-simmered and soulful. A Salmi where the meat surrenders at the touch of a fork. Curries built from the soul of the Indian Ocean-calamari, shrimp vindaye or fish in a sauce that welcomes you home. And the Bol Renversé, that beautiful upside-down dome of a dish so particular to this island.

Then the bowls - salad and rice with unexpected gifts in every bite. Sweet meeting savoury. Soft meeting crunch. A homemade dressing that could never come from a bottle. Tuna, marlin, chicken, beef or tofu — this is what eating well actually feels like.
