Small cottage industry that makes fresh beef, pork, boerewors and chicken burgers, biltong and sausage rolls.

All meat comes from local suppliers. The beef burgers are gluten free and do not contain any bread. The chicken burgers do have a small amount of bread as it is used as a binder. The patties should be cooked on a hot heat from frozen for best results. The biltong is made from locally sourced Halal beef. There are three flavors, plain, cracked black pepper and chili bite. The biltong can be packaged to order, in perforated or vacuum pack bags. The sizes are 50, 100 and 250 gms.

Unfortunately we will be closing our small business due to a number of reasons.

We have a small stock of burgers and sausage rolls that we have left and once these are gone, we will not be making any more.
