Aprendí la profesión con un chef chocolatero en Leuven, Belgica. Estoy orgulloso de exclusivamente trabajar con productos de alta calidad, es decir, con un alto contenido de cacao, lo que hace el chocolate rico y saludable (sobretodo las barritas con 80 % de cacao). I learnt the job from a chef chocolatier in Leuven, Belgium. With pride, I can say that I use exclusively prime quality products, with a high cacao contents. This is what makes this chocolate delicious and healthy (especially the 80 % cacao bars). The health benefits of good chocolate are well known, but my greatest satisfaction is to see people s pleasure when they are enjoying my chocolate. The rainy season is back... which means it's officially chocolate weather again! 🌧️🍫

That's only 25 pesos instead of 30 pesos per bar (approximately 30 g each).
Available with or without almonds.

Since I restarted working with chocolate, I have done a lot of testing with different cacao contents. Now I have 38 %, 58 %, 65 %, 70 %, and fully organic 80 % cacao chocolate.
Today, I started this delicious 72 % cacao chocolate bars ( 30 pesos for an approx. 30 grams bar ). 🙂🍫🍫🍫

After two wonderful years of traveling through Mexico, I’m excited to be crafting chocolate again ( in business here since 2009 ).
Due to the ( very ! ) significant rise in global cacao prices over the past two years, I’ve had to adjust my prices accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
