Over the next several days, we will be celebrating our TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY for LA CAVA. We opened the doors on CINCO DE MAYO 2024! So, as a thank you to everyone who has supported us, we will be offering complementary snacks & extra surprise additions to the tastings all day Thursday thru Tuesday. Montefiori Winery has become very popular for it's renowned winemaker, Paolo Paoloni, who has mastered the art of growing Italian grapes in the Valle de Guadalupe. This week's featured Red wine, Tinto Guadalupe is a blend of Italian varieties, but primarily Nebbiolo. His Rose is 100% Sangiovese, plus we're also offering his 100% Chardonnay. By the bottle, we carry a number of other unique blends, plus several 100% varietals ... Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Nebbiolo, Aglianico & Nero D'Avola. Come experience the taste of Italy! 🍷🍇
