Im Fedra.
And I direct this message to all those who have been following, both listening and expressing their personal opinions regarding the legal matters with clients of Campo Agua Azul. Especially with Jerry and Jannine Clair Bair.
I simply want to say that these individuals were heard and defeated in court for NOT PAYING THEIR RENT ON TIME AND FOR A TOTAL LACK OF EMPATHY. There are no victims here. Only those responsible.
Every story has two sides, and I have been respectful of the Campo's matters, considering them private. However, I have learned that the Clairs have shared their version of the story all along the coast, portraying themselves as victims, without actually telling the truth, and worse still, behind our backs, without allowing us to defend ourselves or refute their version. They are cowardly and unjustly spreading a distorted image of the truth, precisely what Mr. Jerry wanted in revenge, which no longer matters.
ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, IF YOU FAIL TO FULFILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES, YOU WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.
IF YOU DON'T PAY THE RENT, YOU WILL BE EVICTED.
I am Fedra, I am Campo Agua Azul, here I am and here I will stay.
P.S. Jerry spent thousands of dollars paying a lawyer who stole all that money from him. 10 years of court proceedings. He has spent much more money than he should have paid! Believe me, that's the stupidest thing!
