🌭 Smoky Maple Bacon Cheese Dogs 🧀
Sweet, smoky, cheesy hot dogs topped with bacon, herbs, and glossy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 6 hot dog buns
- 6 beef hot dogs
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup maple barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place hot dogs in buns and arrange them in a baking dish.
3. Brush the buns lightly with softened butter.
4. Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then drizzle over each hot dog.
5. Sprinkle Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese over the top.
6. Add chopped bacon, maple barbecue sauce, and black pepper.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and buns are warm.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
