Job Responsibilities:
✴️1) Financial Management: Prepare full set of monthly accounts and maintain proper accounting documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
✴️2) Cash Flow Monitoring: Oversee cash flow and banking facilities transactions, including banker guarantees, to maintain optimal financial health.
✴️3) External Liaison: Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
✴️4) Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage AP and AR functions to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
✴️5) Procurement Support: Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely equipment arrivals to support business operations.
✴️6) Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll and staff claims efficiently and accurately.
✴️7) Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to contribute to overall office efficiency.
✴️8) Adaptability: Take on ad hoc assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
🔹1) Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, showcasing a solid foundation in financial principles.
🔹2) Relevant Experience: Bring at least 2 years of accounting experience to hit the ground running.
🔹3) Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SQL accounting systems as a plus.
🔹4) Language Skills: Communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
🔹5) Independent Worker: Thrive in an environment that requires self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

要求:
🔹1) 教育背景:至少拥有会计文凭,展现扎实的财务原则基础。
🔹2) 相关经验:至少两年会计经验,以便快速上手。
🔹3) 技术能力:熟练使用 Microsoft Office,熟悉 SQL 会计系统者优先。
🔹4) 语言能力:能够流利使用英语和马来语沟通,懂普通话者优先。
