๐Pineapple Fried Rice with Green Peas, Baby Corn & Shrimp โ Sweet, Tangy & Packed with Nutrition! ๐ค

โจ Ingredients:
-1 can GCE Guan Chuar Green Peas
-1 can GCE Guan Chuar Sweet Corn
-1 pineapple (peeled and diced)
-2 bowls of cooked rice (preferably overnight rice)
-1 carrot (diced)
-200g fresh shrimp (peeled, deveined, and cut into pieces)
-2 eggs
-Cooking oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper โ to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp sugar (to enhance the sweet & tangy flavor)
๐ฅ 4 Easy Steps to a Tasty Meal:
โ Blanch & Prep
Blanch carrots for 1โ2 minutes. Drain canned green peas and corn.
Mix egg yolks into the rice for better texture and flavor.
โก Stir-Fry Shrimp & Eggs
Heat oil, stir-fry shrimp until cooked, and set aside.
Scramble eggs and break them into small pieces โ set aside.
โข Quick Fry the Rice
Add oil, toss in veggies and rice. Stir-fry evenly.
