Using Uji Matcha Black Sesame Powder to make Black Sesame Paste Desert.

Ingredients:
1. 60g Ujimatcha black sesame powder
2. 30g glutinous rice flour
3. 500ml water
4. 60 grams of granulated sugar (adjustable to own flavour)
5. ½ tablespoon oil
6. 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
1. Pour 60 grams of black sesame powder and 100 ml of water into a blender.
2. Blend until fine, sieve into the cooking pot. Pour additional 100ml of water into the blender, then sieve into the cooking pot.
3. Pour 30 grams of glutinous rice flour and 60 grams of granulated sugar into a bowl with 300 ml of water, stir until dissolved and sieve into the cooking pot.
4. Add ½ tablespoon of oil and 1/8 teaspoon of salt to the cooking pot.
5. Boil slowly over medium and low heat (need to keep stirring, otherwise it will become mushy).
6. Turn off the heat after the contain become thick.
