🍑Finally got to try the famous Yamanashi Kimiko Peach.

At first, I thought it was just another yellow peach…
But after the first bite, I completely understood why everyone waits for it every summer.

The skin peels off effortlessly, the flesh is incredibly juicy, and every bite is packed with rich sweetness and floral aroma.

What surprised me the most was the flavour—it almost reminds me of a perfectly ripe mango, yet it’s still unmistakably a Japanese peach.

No wonder it’s one of the most sought-after seasonal peaches from Yamanashi.
