Honoured to be invited to conduct the Artisan Cheese Platter Demonstration & Guided Tasting at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre today.

It was a meaningful experience sharing the story behind D’Artisan Cheese — how locally crafted cheeses can blend traditional European techniques with Malaysian flavours and identity. Beyond the tasting, it was also a chance to connect with people who are passionate about food, craftsmanship, and the growing artisan scene in Malaysia.

Thank you to the organisers and MyFoodAsia for the invitation and hospitality, and to everyone who joined the session with such curiosity and enthusiasm. We truly appreciate the support and look forward to sharing more cheese experiences in the future 🧀✨
