泰式柠檬蒸鱼
Thai style lime steam Fish

准备材料
小辣椒 1条 （辣度根据个人）
蒜米 4-5 小粒
香菜 8-9条
柠檬叶 6片
青柠檬 2粒
鱼露 3 汤匙
盐 适量
清水 适量
糖 - 1汤匙

做法：
1. 把蒜米 ，辣椒，香菜叶，一片柠檬叶切碎
2.切碎后的材料放入碗中，加入鱼露，盐，柠檬汁，白糖，清水，搅拌均匀备用
3.先把5片柠檬叶和香菜枝放入碗中后，才把鱼放在上面，放入锅中蒸30分钟
4.鱼蒸好后，把碗里的鱼水倒掉后，加入腌制好备用调料汁倒入蒸好的鱼盘里

Ingredients:

1 small chili pepper (spiciness to taste)
4-5 cloves of garlic
8-9 sprigs of cilantro
6 lemon leaves
2 limes
3 tablespoons fish sauce
Salt to taste
Water as needed
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the garlic, chili pepper, cilantro leaves, and one lemon leaf.

2. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add fish sauce, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and water, and mix well.

3. Place 5 lemon leaves and cilantro sprigs in a bowl first, then place the fish on top. Steam for 30 minutes.

4. After the fish is steamed, drain the water from the bowl, add the prepared marinade, and pour it over the steamed fish.
