For those who are not familiar with it, bird's nest is a prized delicacy in Chinese cuisine. It is made from the nests of swiftlets, which are small birds that normally live in caves and make their nests using their own saliva. Our nests are carefully harvested and cleaned, and then can be used to be prepared into a nutritious and flavourful dish that is believed to have many health benefits.
