There is an overwhelming amount of information circulating about what people should and shouldn’t eat over the short and long term. The media reports on a different so called ‘new study’ every day. Do I eat clean eating? Keto? Paleo? Whole30? Vegan? Mediterranean? Bulletproof? Are carbs good for me or bad for me? Do I get enough protein? Should I avoid fats or intake more fats?

There is not one diet that is perfect for everyone, or even for a person throughout her whole life. While some extreme diets may suggest otherwise, focus on eating more whole foods and fewer processed foods is the best choice for improving health and preventing diseases.

A whole food is a food in its natural state that has not been processed. This is food in its original state, with all of its natural vitamins, minerals, fiber as well as the whole portfolio of beneficial phytochemicals and other nutrients which are beneficial for health.

全食物是没有经过加工的食物,因而保留了食物原本所含的营养成分包括矿物质,维他命,纤维,植化素及其它营养,这才是对健康有最大益处的食物。
