Order Procedure:

Order process will take w
ithin 24 Hours to order and deliver. For example:
Customer order 1KG of Prawn on Monday before 5pm. After order is confirmed, we will then process the order on Monday night / midnight time for handling and packaging. Customer then expected to receive it on Tuesday within 9am - 3pm. PS:
The main reason that the order is being process according to the timeframe is because we usually do not keep any remaining stock throughout the day. This is to keep and secure the top freshness seafood quality to all of our customers. Please understand that seafood/fishes are all process during midnight directly from the port by the fishermen. 1. 拍照 / 告诉我们您要订购的鱼类/海鲜
2. FB 讯息 / WhatsApp 讯息我们关于您要订购的详情。
3. 我们的服务员会马上回复您！
下单后运送的程序：
所有的订单都会在24小时内发货。
例子：
黄太太星期一1⃣*在下午5点前向我们确认的订单。收到订到后，我们会安排处理海鲜和打包包装，通常处理和打包的时间都在晚上到半夜（午夜）。订单处理完毕后，我们会直接安排运送到黄太太家门口，黄太太会在星期二2⃣*早上9点 - 下午3点之前 收到！
⚠️注意重点：
为了保证所有的顾客都能收到顶级，最新鲜的鱼类/海鲜，我们不收隔夜的海鲜。所有的订单都是当天晚上，直接从港口运送来到，我们才直接安排处理/打包，然后运送给我们的客人。如有什么疑问，欢迎FB Messenger / Whats App 011-3675 8775
