There’s nothing quite like the vibrant green beauty of our coriander microgreens! In Mandarin, this is called 香 (xiang, which is fragrant) 菜 (cai, which is vegetable). Each delicate leaf is bursting with an irresistible citrusy fragrance that instantly elevates many dishes. The crisp texture and bold, clean taste are a testament to why this herb is adored by our many chefs.
