Last Saturday, we gathered around ulams (herbs), knives, and lots of “eh what’s this called in English ah?” moments 🌿😆
This time with , we hosted a Nasi Ulam workshop with 10 participants — learning all about the many types of ulam that make this dish so special.
Do you know what these are? 👀
• Petai Belalang
• Tenggek Burung
• Daun Kaduk
Because honestly… we had to keep Google Translating their names between Bahasa Melayu and English too. 😆
Beyond all the chopping chopping, we also prepared meals that were later shared with the children from CWO Community School 💚
