- Farm size: 80 acres.
- 40 acres planted with matured musang king and young trees of 1 to 3 years old.

- Farm size - 34 acres
- 24 acres planted with young and matured trees.
- Another 10 acres to open up for planting.
3. Jerkoh, Kuala Lipis, Pahang
- Farm size - 20 acres
- 6 acres matured musang king orchard.
