If time permits, I'd bake everyday! I've been baking since long time ago - started off ever since mum further her studies in Glasgow in the 80's and left us in Malaysia for nearly 2 years. We're not well off...so, what we want to eat, we make! And now that I have 2 kids of my own, baking has become an addiction. When dear hubby n the kids n their friends n my friends like the cupcakes and cookies

and food I baked & cooked, I think it's time to turn it into a bit of business. Be warned that we're not big on decorations. We keep it minimal and sweet for the eyes (not for the tooth!). Our baked goods contained less sugar. Shortenings are a NO-NO in my recipe. While I try to make them affordable to all, I never compromise the quality and taste of my baked goods. I can personally assure you that these cookies, cupcakes, cakes, muffins or anything coming from my kitchen will delectably tingle your taste buds to the roots!
