BGA Borneo Green Agronomy (BGA) is seeking a passionate and experienced Urban Farm Manager to lead the operations of our innovative urban hydroponic farming facility. Urban Farm Manager

📌 Location: Sandakan, Sabah,Malaysia

🌟 Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the urban hydroponic farm
- Manage crop planning, planting schedules, and harvesting cycles
- Ensure optimal plant health, nutrition, and productivity
- Monitor and maintain hydroponic systems, irrigation
- Lead and supervise farm staff and technicians
- Implement quality control and food safety standards
- Track farm production, yields, and operational data
- Work with management on continuous improvement and innovation

🎯 Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field
- Experience in hydroponic or controlled-environment farming preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of plant nutrition, pest management, and crop production
- Ability to manage farm operations and problem solve effectively
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and urban farming
