Dear Customers,
Referring to the unfortunate event that happened to Quin Mart Sibu between 𝟐𝟔 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 – 𝟐𝟖 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 whereby the misunderstanding towards the emergency mechanism launched by Quin Reward has prompted some Quin Reward users to take items off the shelf, to the extent that the shelves, refrigerator, and some store equipment were dismantled and taken.
It was extremely disheartening that some Quin Reward users have taken these items for themselves and forgotten to make the proper redemption for the items taken.
This action has caused major losses to Quin Mart, which is operating under its own expenses. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐐 𝐚𝐭 𝟎𝟏𝟏-𝟐𝟔𝟖𝟑 𝟑𝟑𝟏𝟖 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐒𝐀𝐏𝐏 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲.
While we understand that such misunderstandings may cause large panic and havoc,this action will not be tolerated. Hence, attached herewith are the list of Quin Reward users who are suspected and have forgotten to make the proper redemptions for the items taken.
We urge the Quin Reward users who have taken any of the items including the store equipment (refrigerator and store shelves), 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐱 𝟏 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐐 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐒𝐀𝐏𝐏 𝐚𝐭 𝟎𝟏𝟏-𝟐𝟔𝟖𝟑 𝟑𝟑𝟏𝟖 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟒 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. However, if these users have not come forth after 14 days, Quin Mart will work together with Quin Reward to further take action against the accounts. Quin Mart and its licensee shall reserve all rights.
