Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least an SPM / Diploma in any field
• Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience in the frozen seafood industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
