LEMON

Cleansing, Purifying, and Invigorating

Lemon is a powerful cleansing agent that purifies the air and surfaces, and can be used as a non-toxic cleaner throughout the home. When added to water, Lemon provides a refreshing and healthy boost throughout the day. Lemon is frequently added to food to enhance the flavor of desserts and main dishes. Taken internally, Lemon provides cleansing and digestive benefits and supports healthy respiratory function.* When diffused, Lemon is very uplifting and energizing and has been shown to help improve mood.

Primary Benefits
1. Cleanses and purifies the air and surfaces
2. Naturally cleanses the body and aids in digestion

Uses:
1. Take internally to assist with seasonal respiratory discomfort.
2. Add Lemon oil to a spray bottle of water to clean tables, countertops, and other surfaces. Lemon oil also makes a great furniture polish; simply add a few drops to olive oil to clean, protect, and shine wood finishing
3. Use a cloth soaked in Lemon oil to preserve and protect your leather furniture and other leather surfaces or garments.
4. Lemon oil is a great remedy for the early stages of tarnish on silver and other metals.
5. Diffuse to create an uplifting environment.

Directions for Use
1. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
2. Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
3. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

🤨What you need?
1 cup white vinegar
2 cups hot water
15 drops Lemon oil

⁉️How to do?
1️⃣ Combine the ingredients in glass spray bottle.

杜松漿果精油
懂一些精油知識的人都知道，杜松是一種淨化、排毒的精油。事實上，杜松還是一種有效去除原有氣場的精油呢。
不知道大家是否相信氣場這回事。但杜松的香氣確實是一種很好的去除固有「壞」氣場的植物精油。例如倒霉的自己剛被公司辭退、搬新家等，你就要用杜松使用到自己身上或新家中去；或者你覺得最近諸事不順，無論你怎麼努力，上司都故意看不見……等等，用幾滴杜松滴在辦公桌的小薰香爐中是個很好的選擇。即使你完全不相信上面的一切，我介紹的這個用法也很簡單，薰一薰、聞一聞，淨化一下空氣，讓自己被杜松的樹香環繞著，倒不是件壞事。

雪松精油

檀香精油
是轉運的好精油。如果你不想去煙薰火燎的湊那個初一、十五的香火熱鬧，那就帶個小精油項鍊，或辦公室里點些檀香精油，讓自己悄悄旺起

岩蘭草精油
是強化自己氣場的精油。深沈的岩蘭草，深呼吸進入體內，然後深深的沈下去到達丹田，如果你覺得在每日紛繁的生活中不妥協，妥協得來越是找不到自己的，可用1滴岩蘭草 : 1ml椰子油的比例按摩一下胃部，有助於強化內心中的那個「我」。想想有哪個很有範的明星是跑著小碎步慌慌張張的出現在你面前的呢？他們心中那樣扎實，眼神堅定，步伐有力，都是一個「沈」的感覺，對嗎？

活得自在，活得瀟灑，只要別太偏激，別太具侵略性就可以了。以上4款精油，單獨使用可以，混合使用也可以；把4款精油分別加入3滴在噴壺中，充分搖勻噴灑空間就很不錯了。或者早上出門前，將自己最喜歡的以上2種精油分別滴在手心上搓熱，先是深呼吸享受一下精油的香氣，然後在自己的前胸後背拍一拍，如果你想改善的是愛人的運氣，那麼就給他也拍一拍，像鼓勵那樣的，告訴他「您是最棒的！Good luck !」。試一下，你自己就知道是不是很有效了！
