This happened just now when my worker opened the stall. I was not in.

With the recent increase in pork prices, we’ve tried our best to keep our dishes affordable. Our vinegar pork trotter is only RM18 and a bowl of rice just RM2, still this elderly uncle complained it was “too expensive.”

All our food is clearly labelled with price. He ordered, food was served, he even stirred his rice… then suddenly demanded a refund.

Running a small F&B stall is not easy, every plate we serve is the result of early mornings, long hours, and honest work. We cook with love and respect for our customers. But moments like this… they hurt.

This isn’t about RM or cents. It’s about respect. About basic empathy. About not taking advantage of someone just because you think they’re “small” or “helpless.”

We don’t just serve food, we serve our hearts on a plate. Please, to everyone reading this: let’s be better humans. Respect the effort, the time, the sweat of others.

📌 Small businesses survive on trust and kindness. Without it, we all lose.



这起事件发生于我工人开档的时候，当时我不在。

最近猪肉涨价，我们已经尽力保持菜价合理。我们的猪脚醋只卖 RM18，一碗白饭 RM2，还是有一位年长的叔叔抱怨“太贵”。

我们的餐牌价格清清楚楚，他自己点餐，食物端上桌，他还搅拌了白饭……结果突然要求退款。

经营小小的摊位不容易，每一盘菜，都是我们天未亮就起床、长时间付出、用心烹煮的成果。我们用心对待每一位顾客，但这样的事情，真的让人心凉。

这不是钱的问题，而是尊重的问题，是基本同理心的问题。不要因为觉得别人“弱小”就随意占便宜。

我们不只是卖食物，我们是把真心端上桌。希望大家：做人要有良心，请尊重他人的付出与辛苦。
