Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji is a distinguished leader, visionary strategist, and dedicated public servant, whose life exemplifies excellence in education, service, philanthropy, and leadership.

Born approximately six decades ago, she began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye. She proceeded to the United Kingdom where she earned a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, with a focus on Business Change and Organisational Transformation. She further obtained a second Master’s degree in Intelligent Management Systems from South Bank University, London.

Her strong academic foundation has underpinned her deep understanding of socio-economic structures, democratic development, and organizational performance. A certified Prince2 Microsoft Project Manager and Chartered IT Professional with the British Computer Society, Princess Adesola has over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors, including health, manufacturing, oil and gas, education, and public service.

She has provided transformational leadership and consultancy to world-class institutions such as the Financial Conduct Authority, National Health Service (NHS), Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd, Chevron Oil and Gas, Centrica British Gas, Mars Wrigley PLC, and Johnson Matthey PLC. Her strategic expertise spans business transformation, change management, technology integration, operational excellence, and market analysis.

Between 2013 and 2015, she served as an administrative consultant at Lead British International School, Abuja, and later as the Principal and Proprietor of Concepta College, London.

A trailblazer in politics and community development, Princess Adesola has been a committed member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) since its formative stages. She was an aspirant for the House of Representatives in 2014 and 2023, and emerged second in the APC Primaries in 2019.
