NASARA DAGA ALLAH : Abba Kyari ya fara samun Nasara a Shari'arsa a Kotu, kan zargin Hodar Ibilis.

Shaidu sun Tabbatar wa Kotu cewa bayanan kira na Abba Kyari ba su nuna wata hulɗars da dillalin kwaya ba.

Wani shaida daga kamfanin MTN Nigeria ya bayyana wa Mai Shari’a Emeka Nwite na Babbar Kotun Tarayya da ke Abuja a ranar Alhamis cewa bayanan kiran waya na Mataimakin Kwamishinan ‘Yan Sanda, Abba Kyari, ba su nuna wata hulɗa da lambar da ake alakanta ta da wani wanda ake zargi da safarar kwaya mai suna “Mike Coke” ba.

Shaidan, mai suna Adeshina Fasasi, wanda ke aiki a matsayin shugaban ƙungiyar kula da matsalolin gaggawa a sashen gudanar da bincike na MTN, ya bayyana hakan ne yayin bayar da shaidar da ya bayar bisa sammacin kotu a ci gaba da sauraron shari’ar da ke gudana mai lamba FHC/ABJ/CR/57/2022.

Fasasi ya ce ofishinsa ne ke kula da buƙatun da s**a shafi rikicin abokan ciniki da binciken hukumomin tsaro, kuma sun duba bayanan kiran Abba Kyari, inda ba su gano wata hulɗa da wanda ake zargi ba.
