3 ways to stop feed wastage:
1. **Feeder height**: Rim should be at the bird’s back level. Too low = scratching + waste
2. **Don’t overfill**: Fill 1/3 of feeder. They’ll spill the rest
3. **No empty feeders**: Broilers panic and overeat when feed finally comes. That wastes energy.

Small adjustments = Extra 5-10kg of meat per 100 birds.
