My Name is Mrs Umar Akindele Sunshine from Osun state. I got married with Late Mr Umar Matthew Adeniyi who died on a car accident, lefts with three children~1st son, Umar David Adewale_11year's old, my Daughter, Umar Jumoke Anabel_8year's and my last son Umar Philip Odewimi who's suffering from CHOLECYSTECTOMY is 6year's old and he is unable to feed with his mouth. The hospital total costs is ₦830,000 and Doctor said that deposits of ₦530,000 must be made first before he will start the major surgery, if not I may lose my son's life if i didn't complied on time.
